All supplies and instructions included to make a door blessing modeled after the Jewish tradition of hanging a mezuzah at every entry of your home. We will use the chakra system as our guide for colors and writing personalized prayers. We will also pick corresponding crystals to enhance the tesserae (glass tiles) on our wooden substrate for a unique piece of art. Spiritual candle decoupage and guided meditation. We will start with a welcoming guided meditation to call in our creative muse and set the stage for our creativity. Then we will utilize found images and words to create an inspirational decoupage candle that you can place on your altar or in another special place in your home so that you can see it daily as a reminder of the light within. We will create simple art pieces from both materials found in nature, and made items, like fabrics, buttons, wire and clay. You may also choose to bring special items to incorporate into your doll-shells, feathers, jewelry and the like. We will use ritual and ceremony to help set intentions that will open up our creativity in making and energizing the spirit dolls. As a certified aromatherapist I will take confidential intake forms once you are registered and at our gathering we will create a salve, spray, gel or lotion using pure essential oils and proper carrier oils and waxes to help you leave with exactly what you need to feel your best.
