Sound Bath Healing

Sound bath healing to celebrate the “stirring of the seeds” season. A brief introduction to what a sound bath is and then a guided meditation to lull you into a cozy, restful place as you are washed over by beautiful sounds emanating from crystal bowls, chimes, rain stick, brass singing bowls and light drumming. This was a favorite last year and all left feeling grounded and relaxed.
